We are looking for a Senior Insight Analyst to elevate the understanding of Antenna data by delivering best-in-class insights. At Antenna, the Insight Analyst team uses strategic, data-driven insights to fuel high-stakes business decisions. As a Senior Insight Analyst, you will partner with Client Services, Sales, and Marketing to transform complex data into relevant, actionable narratives. You will  manage complex, fast moving projects independently, mentor junior team members, and maintain a strategic focus on market trends. 

You will report to the Manager, Insight Analytics. Antenna is a remote-first company, and we are looking for candidates who can work during US business hours. Preferably, you should be based in a US time zone (Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific). 

What You’ll Do 

  • Extract and analyze Antenna data to tell compelling stories about the subscription economy; introduce novel analyses by leveraging creative, strategic data analysis methods
  • Present findings external clients and internal stakeholders; translate complex datasets into clear, persuasive data stories
  • Support Client Service objectives by owning the production of Antenna’s monthly syndicated reports and crafting custom analyses in response to customer questions
  • Support Sales and Marketing via key tentpole analyst reports, such as the quarterly State of Subscriptions, and support rapid response requests
  • Use SQL to navigate Antenna’s databases; collaborate with Data Services to scope and extract custom cohorts
  • Orchestrate multiple project timelines and manage expectations across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Act as a thought leader by monitoring subscription trends, emerging platforms, and relevant market events

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics with a proven track record of driving business strategy
  • Demonstrated experience presenting data-driven insights to external clients or internal stakeholders, and executive leadership
  • Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; some proficiency in SQL 
  • Strong storyteller who synthesizes complex data into intuitive narratives for diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing
