The Account Manager owns the renewal business for our employer groups and partners. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with our Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data Teams to create a seamless onboarding experience while also working to continuously improve the overall product experience. You will be the primary point of contact for employer administrators and brokers providing education and support. 

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage the initiation of client and internal meetings, facilitate discussion, gathering of critical information with the client and producer, and timing of deliverables

  • Accountable for member group escalations of claims and eligibility

  • Create and maintain work stream project plans, status reporting, and documentation, including but not limited to decisions, risks, issues, and change control

  • Collaborate across work streams understanding work interdependencies and the associated schedule implications

  • Utilize critical thinking to assess risks proactively, prioritize issues, and work based on impact

  • Communicate to stakeholders effectively and concisely

  • Creatively problem solve and identify process improvements always driving towards operational excellence
