What You Will Do

As a Project Engineer in our Drilling Division, you’ll be the right hand to the Project Manager, driving every technical and operational detail that keeps our drilling projects on track and on budget. You’ll plan, coordinate, and support all engineering aspects—from kickoff to closeout.

 

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Supporting project planning, scheduling, and engineering execution from start to finish.
  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation, technical specs, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
  • Working with drillers, superintendents, and field crews to solve problems and align on project goals.
  • Assisting with project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial forecasting.
  • Ensuring compliance with design standards, industry regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Conducting quality assurance checks and collaborating on risk assessments with the safety team.
  • Managing scope changes and supporting client communication with clear technical updates.
  • Participating in project review meetings and helping identify lessons learned for continuous improvement.
