In your role in Application Support, you will ensure the seamless operation and management of applications within the managed portfolio. Your expertise will be crucial in performing regular updates and patches to maintain application security and compliance with licensing agreements.

Your role also involves monitoring application performance metrics, optimizing configurations, and conducting performance testing to enhance efficiency. Security measures are a priority, requiring regular audits and vulnerability assessments to protect applications and data.

Effective communication with customers, government authorities and suppliers is vital to ensure smooth information flow and service delivery.

 

What you do

  • Install, configure and maintain applications in the managed portfolio. Monitor application performance and ensure high availability and reliability. Perform regular updates and patches to keep applications secure and up-to-date. Manage application licenses and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
  • Provide technical L2 support and troubleshooting assistance to application users. Respond to and resolve application-related issues/incidents in a timely manner. Document and track support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate applications with other systems and platforms. Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between applications. Participate in the design and implementation of system integration projects. Management of certificates.

  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
