What You'll Do

As a Trial Attorney at our firm, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a High-Volume Caseload: You’ll oversee approximately 150 cases, with around 50 actively in litigation each month, guiding each from intake through settlement or jury verdict.

  • Engaging with Clients: You’ll maintain proactive and transparent communication, ensuring clients are informed and supported throughout the legal process.

  • Conducting Key Litigation Activities: You’ll conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, lead mediations, and develop comprehensive case strategies.

  • Advocating in Trials: You’ll serve as lead counsel in jury trials, advocating passionately to secure favorable outcomes for our clients.

What You Need

  • Legal Accumen: Licensed to practice law; trial advocacy and/or moot court experience strongly preferred

  • Licensure: Active and in good standing with the your local State Bar. Multiple state bar admissions are preferred. Most be currently located in the state where this job is posted. 

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate case strategies and engage effectively with clients and team members.
