  • Job Responsibilities

  • Apply legal expertise and AI/Generative AI experience (Agentic AI experience is a plus) to propel execution of Agiloft’s AI product roadmap.

    • Extensive experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.
    • Experience with prompt engineering, including designing, refining, and validating LLM prompts to produce high-quality, reliable outputs.
    • Familiarity with agentic AI concepts or experience working with agentic workflows is a plus.
    • Experience with contract management solutions and/or legal operations is a plus.
    • Demonstrated ability to contribute to cross-functional initiatives spanning legal, product, and technical teams.
