Praxis Health is seeking a collaborative, grounded, and performance-minded leader to serve as Director of Operations for our Southwest Valley region, supporting clinics across Eugene and Springfield. This role guides multi-site clinic performance through strong relationships, practical leadership, and consistent follow-through.

The Director of Operations partners closely with the Regional Administrator to ensure alignment on regional goals, financial performance, provider support/recruitment, and team development. Together, this leadership partnership supports clinic Managers, providers, Medical Assistants, and Medical Office Support teams to create stable, high-performing clinics rooted in their local communities.

  • Directly supervise and coach clinic Managers across Eugene and Springfield.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent leadership experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations.
