Overview of Role

As the Director of Alliances, Central, you will play a pivotal role in driving and expanding our strategic partnerships. You will forge and cultivate relationships with key partners and internal teams and help shape and execute our success.  Serve as critical to planning, supporting, and evangelizing our success plan with Google, both internally and with Google specifically. You will understand the needs and goals of disparate stakeholders across organizations and help orchestrate activities to achieve productivity and reduce friction.

You will be the primary point of contact in the Central US Region, working directly with Sales and Partner organizations, and partnering with various stakeholders. Director of Alliances is responsible for achieving regional growth targets by focusing on partner sourced, net new accounts to drive 66degrees solutions to those clients.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a comprehensive alliance strategy:
    • Work with 66degrees sellers and other stakeholders 
    • Implement joint go-to-market initiatives with partners, driving pipeline generation and revenue growth.
    • Stay current on Google Cloud partner programs and initiatives, leveraging them to maximize partner benefits and drive mutual success.
  • Build and manage strong relationships:
    • Cultivate deep relationships with Google, especially PDM, PSM, and other Google stakeholders involved with Google GTM Alliances.
    • Represent our offerings and strategies to Google stakeholders. 
    • Proactively manage partner relationships through regular communication, collaboration on joint initiatives, and conflict resolution.
    • Identify and resolve challenges that may impede alliance success by proactively addressing potential issues and finding solutions that benefit both parties.
    • Work directly with 66degrees stakeholders, including sellers and practice leads, to communicate our offerings, differentiators, and key opportunity areas.  Help develop and maintain GTM assets and collateral and manage their distribution into 66degrees and partner channels. 
    • Develop and implement sales and other training programs for internal teams to ensure employees understand the value of partnerships and how to effectively collaborate with partners.
  • Drive business growth:
    • Track and measure the performance of one or more strategic partnerships and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
    • Contribute to the development and execution of sales and marketing initiatives that leverage alliances.
      • Launch and track priority GTM programs such as events and sales plays
      • Establish, maintain and track co-selling activities 
  • Internal Team Collaboration:
    • Contribute to a high-performing alliance team and provide coaching, collaboration and professional development opportunities by working with team stakeholders
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication within the team.
    • Represent 66degrees at industry events and conferences and build brand awareness and thought leadership.
