Role & responsibilities

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through personalized interactions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value and repeat customers.
  • Ensure a seamless and premium customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand preferences and shopping behavior.

  • Manage and promote membership/loyalty programs.
  • Track and improve customer satisfaction and retention metrics.

  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and relevant information.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities.
  • Generate reports on customer engagement, repeat visits, and campaign effectiveness.
