Roles & Responsibilities

  • Understand the Client Requirements and Stakeholder management.
  • Searching resumes through internal databases, references, and external job boards
  • Sourcing the Quality and Suitable candidates from the target companies with the help of Resources Provided
  • Finding disruptive ways of searching for Passive candidates
  • Interview Coordination
  • Maintaining the Trackers & Reports of the Candidates
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure recruitment targets are achieved

Qualification:

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate in Human Resources or related field
  • 2-6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
