We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our Sales team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic individual who is eager to learn, excel in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to the success of a cutting-edge fintech company like Ozow. 

Your role and responsibilities 

Prospecting and Lead Generation 

  • Identify potential clients through research and networking. 
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. 

Client Engagement 

  • Conduct initial outreach to potential clients to understand their needs and introduce our payment solutions. 
  • Arrange and conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our services. 

Sales Presentations 

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects. 
  • Tailor presentations to address specific client requirements and concerns. 

Relationship Building 

  • Nurture and build strong relationships with clients to understand their ongoing needs. 
  • Collaborate with the broader sales team to ensure a unified approach to client management. 

Market Research 

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. 
  • Share insights with the team to improve sales strategies. 

Achieve Sales Targets 

  • Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets. 
  • Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our solutions. 

You are an ideal candidate if you have 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are important. 
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Familiarity with fintech and payment solutions is a plus. 
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is advantageous.
