Role Summary:


We are seeking a motivated Field Service Engineer to support our portfolio of innovative consumer electronics and smart home products. Provide product demonstrations and guide customers on how to use the equipment safely. Handle service activities such as repairs, calibration, and testing while maintaining proper service records. Communicate with customers and internal teams and build good customer relationships to recommend accessories or consumables.



Role & responsibilities:


  • Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on the safe and effective use of equipment, ensuring a delightful customer experience
  • Communicate with customers regarding service activities, explain repairs, and provide guidance on proper product usage.
  • Perform calibration and testing after repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance and functionality.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts used, and time spent, and share reports with internal teams or customers as required.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient service operations
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, creating opportunities to recommend accessories and consumables (incentive-based, no sales targets)

Eligibility Criteria:


  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Robotics Engineering.
  • Vehicle (2-wheeler) & Driving License (Mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language proficiency is an advantage)
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt in a dynamic environment.
