Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and responsible HR Executive / HR Generalist to manage the
full spectrum of Human Resources functions for our India office.
This role will act as the sole HR representative locally, taking full responsibility for
recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and supporting daily office
administration.
A key focus of this role is driving recruitment and talent acquisition, especially for sales
and operational positions, to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Key pointRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
Take full ownership of recruitment and talent acquisition for the India office.
Work closely with business managers to identify hiring needs and priorities.
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, especially for sales and
operational roles.
Proactively source candidates through job portals, networking, and other recruitment
channels.
Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination,
and offer communication.
Ensure timely hiring for key positions to support business operations.
Continuously improve recruitment efficiency and candidate quality.
2. Employee Relations & HR Operations
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries.
3. HR Administration
Manage attendance, leave tracking, and HR administrative tasks.
Support payroll preparation and coordinate with finance or external providers.
4. Office Administration Support
Support daily office operations and coordination.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and office management tasks.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office administration.
5. Compliance & Policies
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and regulations.
Support implementation of company HR policies.
6. Reporting & Coordination
Prepare HR reports and updates for regional and HQ HR teams.
Maintain regular communication with international teams.
