Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead governance, standardization, and operational excellence across key enterprise platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and OpenText.

The role focuses on ensuring efficient, secure, and scalable platform operations aligned with business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement governance frameworks, policies, and best practices
  • Set development standards, code quality, and release processes
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and performance optimization
  • Ensure security, compliance, and audit readiness
  • Review architecture and solution designs for consistency
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and adoption
  • Monitor and report KPIs, SLAs, and platform performance.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and OpenText
  • Strong understanding of IT governance and ITIL processes
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and release management
  • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
